Refund policy

We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

 

 

Eligibility for Returns:
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions about your specific item, please reach out.

 

 

Exchanges:
For the quickest way to get the right item, return the original item, and once it's accepted, place a new order for the desired product.

 

 

 

Refunds:
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
