Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders or during peak seasons, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

 

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays.

 

 

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

 

 

 

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid street address for all deliveries.

 

 

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. Please retain all packaging and documentation for your records.
